Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management dan After Sales Service dengan Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening terhadap Customer Loyalty pelanggan sim card Prabayar Telkomsel yang berada di wilayah Supermall Karawaci. Variabel eksogen terdiri atas Customer Relationship Management dan After Sales Service, variabel endogen terdiri atas Customer Loyalty dan variabel intervening terdiri atas Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan yang berada di wilayah Supermall Karawaci yang menggunakan dan membeli sim card prabayar Telkomsel. Sampel yang digunakan 150 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Customer Relationship Management dan After Sales Service berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty. Namun Customer Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening tidak memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dari pada pengaruh langsungnya.
